Going back to Taiwan for the first time in since 2000 because my grandma forgot what I looked like :( My dad got worried and immediately bought tickets. Staying two weeks!

Classes are going well. Can’t believe my engineering class is my most fun and challenging class. Stopped going to ping pong club because no one goes :(

Hurt my left rotator cuff though :( too wide grip on bench and it’s been a month and I still haven’t healed yet…maybe I should go see a doctor. Got really lazy after I hurt myself ugh. I can’t do a push-up without pain so I definitely can’t bench. I can do pull-ups and chin-ups without any pain though. I also think I am starting to not fit into 29 waist pants anymore, dat ass~ Drinking On Performance Isolate Whey Protein with choco milk and taking C4 preworkout. I need to eat more and rest better, been sleeping really badly and you need rest to grow.

Before I hurt myself: 253 deadlift, 205 squat, 155 bench.
Now I only do pull ups and abs: Weighted pull-up 25 lbs 6-4 30 lbs 4, Weighted chin-ups 40 lbs 6-4 45 lbs 4, Decline sit-ups 50 lbs 10-8-8
